Well worth the wait to be seated and our server Shawn was a total hoot! She kept us laughing the whole time. We did wait quite awhile for our food but it was so worth every minute we waited for that delicious food. The building was super cold, that was only thing that dampered our early valentines day dinner. Brought back so many memories of back in the day. Had been years since I had eaten there!

Delicious food. House salad was good, the appetizer pizza was good, and the cheese manicotti was delicious! Probably my favorite Italian spot in Wichita so far.

Service was really good. Loved the atmosphere. Food wasn't disappointing with exception of the suggestion of potatoes with the meatballs. Olive oil and Italian seasoning on steak fries wasn't a good combination in my opinion. Wish I would have stuck with the pasta. Garlic bread was really good

Our family has been an Angelo's fan since the 1960s, although we have not been back for decades. We were seated right away. Our server was pleasant and attentive. The restaurant was not full, so we stayed for quite a while, and it would have been nice if he had at least refilled our waters while we chatted. Some of our party enjoyed their chicken, pasta, and manicotti; others didn't care for the pizza that was more burned than they like, and the cheese manicotti was rather bland but helped by adding meat sauce. Salads were cold and crisp; garlic bread tasted okay but was more oily than we like. It just didn't seem quite as good as it used to be. Pleasant enough experience but for the price we probably would not return when back in town.

CLEAN YOUR BATHROOM VENTS! I was looking forward to my first visit. It was a cozy and quiet atmosphere, definitely casual. I will say, you definitely get your money's worth here. I could only eat a quarter of my pasta bowl and the rest was leftovers. The bread is tasty, but it is completely saturated with butter to the point where you would squeeze all of it out and fill a ramekin. They don't have much of a beer selection. If you want to split a meal it is a $3 upcharge. So a $20 bowl of pasta would feed two to three people. I will say, I've heard good things about the pickled eggplant that comes on the salad, and it was delicious! The service felt super rushed. Our server would barely give us a chance to say our order before walking away. Overall not bad, I would go back, but I'm not itching.
