This restaurant and their delivery service absolutely fantastic The food is so flavorful and amazing. The delivery services are fast. Blew my mind. I will definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone who will listen . completely addicted its so good. The service incredible. Seriously no joke they are the best. Try it you just might fall in love with their food like me.

🍽✨ So delicious that I literally drank every drop of the soup. Crab-flavored broth like this is so rare — and so precious! 🦀 Even the pickled garlic tasted insanely good 🧄💥 And the milk tea? I got mango flavor and they added popping pearls… Oh. My. God. I MELTED after this meal. (Okay, maybe also because I ate too much to walk 😂) I truly hope they turn this into a chain, so I can have this kind of happiness anytime I want. Because real food always hides in the small, ordinary-looking places. They are the true treasures of the city ✨
Authentic Vietnamese food run by Vietnamese people. Visited while traveling and was great to see different options than usual, especially my favorite noodle soup Bun Rieu (crab/pork noodle soup) that is rare to find anywhere! Kumquat tea was refreshing and hit the spot on a hot day. Friendly staff. Delicious, highly recommend.
Very Delicious food, friendly service and atmosphere
A hidden gem in Regina! Must try!!! I think this is the best Vietnamese food I've ever tasted! We went for lunch and the owner was very patient on serving us and helping us on deciding our orders. The food came out amazingly delicious, and each dishes has its own unique taste. I was so amazed how she could prepare the food without a long wait and they all came out heavenly tasty! Before leaving, she was so generous on treating us coconut jelly as complimentary dessert. Of course, it's delicious no doubt. I would highly recommended to drop by Cô Ba Bistro.

So great! We especially enjoyed the bun cha - you don't find many (or any) restaurants offering that dish in Regina or Saskatoon.

Food arrived hit and earlier than predicted. Lots of tasty protein in a rice vermicelli dish with lots of veg.
Pretty good, soup had a great flavour but was a little salty. Pork bun thingy was really good. Noodle bowl was also flavourful.
Honestly, reading the google reviews we were really looking forward to trying this place. We were disappointed. My vermicelli bowl had lots of chewy and fatty pork. Much of it being inedible. The included veggies were mostly lettuce. Was anticipating more pickled veggies. It came with 3 small pieces of spring roll. For $18 I expected more from a bowl. The chicken fresh rolls were bland. Nothing special. The sauce was redundant and the same basic stuff you get at most other restaurants. Rice paper was overly thick and chewy. Very hard to bite through toward the ends. Not sure if they were wrapped too heavily or what. My spouse had the tonkatsu ramen and she thought it was “good”. Again, based on the reviews our expectations were high and we were excited to order. The ramen was good but the rest of the food we ordered wasn’t very good.
I am not pleased as I’ve only wanted a pork chop but they gave ribs instead.
