Wide selection with good portions for the price, and while the noodles and meat were cooked perfectly, the flavor was a little too subtle for me. I got the #1 ranked item on their menu called "Char Kway Teow". I'll be back to try other dishes to see how those are.
My lady and I ordered food without realizing that the restaurant was closing in roughly 15 minutes. Despite us being late to order and to pick up the food, the staff was incredibly pleasant to us. One of the owners spoke with us as well and we had a wonderful conversation. Once we did finally realize that the restaurant was closing/closed, it was clear to us that we did not deserve this kindness but we appreciated it nonetheless. As for the food, we ordered a 4 piece chicken Satay, BBQ pork fried rice, Hokkien char mee noodles, and the Sambal Chili paste stir fry. All of these items were phenomenal and earned a 10/10 rating from us. The meat was consistently tender and savory and each item packed a powerful flavor without being covered in too much sauce. We will absolutely be going back to Malaysia cafe sometime very soon and will be sure to do so at an appropriate time! I implore everyone who lives in Wichita to check out this fantastic restaurant!!!

I order here at least once or twice a month I ordered level 4 spice which I usually do and this time the spice was so intense can't eat it too hot
