After a few months following a not-so-great experience with takeout, we decided to give Dolphin Restaurant another chance, and I was so impressed that I had to change my review. The food was fresh, with great flavor, and the sauces and apps looked like they were made fresh and from scratch. This place is the perfect spot for a filling, affordable, and delicious lunch. The egg rolls and spring rolls are the best I’ve ever had, hands down. 10/10, I’ll definitely be back to be a regular. Thank you for the great food!

Keep seeing this place pop up around social media. Decided to try it out. OH MY GOSH! The soup I got was Bun Ho Hue. IT HIT THE SPOT! So so good. My niece said, "I've never seen you eat that much before. Told her it was DELICIOUS. We ordered Crab ragoons (it was also very good). We will definitely be back. Very nice atmosphere. Fast/friendly service. Thank you so much.
great customer service . I got the herbal drink and the Vietnamese Gumbo. ( Bún mắm) . It really take me for a surprise. they have great authentic food here in the middle of Kansas
Dolphin is a hidden gem offering a delightful fusion of Vietnamese and Korean flavors. The Korean BBQ short ribs (galbi) are simply outstanding. Marinated to perfection with soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, and a hint of sweetness, the ribs are grilled to a tender, juicy, and slightly charred finish. The cozy atmosphere and attentive staff make the dining experience even better. If you're a fan of Vietnamese cuisine or Korean BBQ, Dolphin's short ribs are a must-try. Will definitely be coming back to the other menu items
