This place is the BOMB! I saw that the parking lots was busy ( a great tell) and I am so glad I stopped! The food is so fresh and delicious and also NOT at all oily or greasy. They definitely know how to cook pork. This is the best place I’ve ever had a papusa, too.
Invited a group of friends to come enjoy delicious authentic pupusas and they were not disappointed! The staff we're so helpful and patient as we decided which pupusas we wanted to try. There were standard and then special varieties. Portion sizes were very filling and accompanied by a mild pickled sweet salad reminiscent of the one my grandmother made! Offers breakfast,lunch and dinner menu options. The place quickly became packed with only one table left available by the time we were leaving. Everyone bringing their families. I felt like I was at home. I can't wait to come back and try their breakfast next! Lots of drink varieties and vegetarian options! Several specials advertised at the checkout including 4 pupusas plus a drink for $11
It is hard to find good pupusas in Wichita, but look no further. This place has you covered. A friend recommended this place. They had actually intended a different restaurant, but we ended up here. It did not disappoint. Their pupusas are delicious. They are served with a pickled cabbage salad. They have regular pupusas and special pupusas. You can get 20 pupusas with drinks for around $50. I went with a group of 5 friends. Total bill walking out was a little over $60 for 5 people completely full up from lunch. It is a good deal. Another thing to their credit, when we walked in there, it was almost empty. Within 15 minutes, the whole place was packed. Highly recommend trying these. The other great thing that everyone noticed about these pupusas, they we not greasy. You run into that a lot with pupusas, but not these. They have a lovely texture on the outside and same with consistency on the inside.
I came in unsure because it was new for me. The food was amazing and a chance to expand what I eat. The pupusas was very good.
Grabbed some pupusas to take home and they did not disappoint! The pupusas were full of flavor with the revueltas being my absolute favorite!The lady at the counter was super nice and told us the special of the day, which was a STEAL! compared to the prices in California it was a really good deal.
