The food was mostly good. Their chicken skewer and hand rolls were delicious. Their seafood was fresh. The quality of food was well worth the price. My biggest complaint is their use of unseasoned white rice in sushi. It's not hard to season the rice to make proper sushi rice. Just add salt, sugar, and sushi vinegar. But all of their sushi uses plain, unseasoned, white rice, which significantly reduce the taste of their sushi. Imagine cooking without salt and how bland that would be, that's their sushi rice. If they can season the rice in the future, I'd give it 5/5.
