We visited Yum Mi Express today for lunch and tried spring rolls,hu tieu sea food. They were absolutely amazing! The flavors were perfectly balanced. The new owner are very friendly and welcoming. I can’t wait to come back and try more dishes. Keep up the great work!

Had the best Pho broth I’ve ever had. Granted I’ve lived in Kansas my entire life, but oh my goodness, the flavor was absolutely amazing. Not to mention the staff was so kind and the excitement of the new soda machine was so infectious! I can’t wait to go again and I hope everyone else enjoys it as much as I did!
What a great Family owned restaurant! I’ve tried several things on their menu and they’ve all been delicious. The owners are very friendly and really want to make their customers happy. Service was fast and food was good!
Newly renovated restaurant. Food was okay just like any other Vietnamese restaurant. We ordered water but was given water bottle and get charged for it. I would appreciate if a heads up given will be nice because restaurant normally does not charge for water.
