Never disappointed! Food is amazing and a family favourite
Did not include all items in order and charged me anyways. Made non credible excuse when I called to ask about it. They said the soup wasn’t for take out but I have ordered it many times and it is an option on Chow local. Man this operation has gone downhill.
Marcel was amazing. He took great care of us. My wife and I are traveling back to Winnipeg from a long trip. The food is amazing, unlike myself. My wife is a vegetarian. Marcel made some excellent vegetarian suggestions, and I took the beef. Also, the great atmosphere the decor is very Mexican.
Impeccable. From the food to the service to the atmosphere. Everything is delightful. The service was incredible, Saurav took great care of us and was kind and helpful! We stopped here on a trip from Yellowknife to Toronto and one of the best stops of the trip for sure!!
Agave Authentic Mexican Grill is a restaurant that embodies the essence of Mexico with its meticulously designed and colorful interior, making you feel like you’ve stepped into the heart of Mexico. Although I’ve never tried authentic Mexican food before, I was thoroughly impressed by the guacamole made with avocado, tomatoes, red onions, and lime. Paired with corn chips, it was simply amazing, and I’d give it a 10 out of 10. The salsa sauce was another highlight—spicy but perfectly balanced and flavorful. I tried the tacos, and while they didn’t quite meet my expectations, I loved the sautéed beef filling. On the downside, I didn’t enjoy the tortillas as much; they were a bit tough for my liking, and if you have sensitive teeth, they might not be ideal. One pleasant surprise was the friendly staff, especially a particular waitress who remembered me from a previous encounter at my workplace. Overall, my experience at Agave Authentic Mexican Grill was memorable and enjoyable.
